  • How much are my HOA dues?

    See specific dues information in the management portal. Every home in Fieldstone Farms is a member of the HOA.

  • How do I pay my HOA dues?

    There are two ways to pay the dues. You can pay your dues yearly, due on January 1st, or you can sign up for ACH auto-draft to pay monthly.

    These are the only two accepted methods of payment. All online payments are processed through the management portal.

  • How do I access the amenities? What are the rules? Can I rent the facilities?

  • I am selling my house, who do I need to tell?

    Please see closing information HERE. Once management receives this information from your title company, your account will be archived and a new one created will be for the buyers. Your auto-draft, if you are signed up, will be canceled during this process. To cancel it manually, login to the management portal above.

  • I just bought a house, what now?

    Welcome new neighbor! You’ve come to the right place. Browse our community site to see what FF has to offer. Once management receives notification of the sale, a new account will be generated for you. The management company will send you a welcome packet with login information for the portal. Didn’t get it? Reach out to property management directly for more help!

  • How can I get a copy of the plat for my lot?

    The HOA does not store copies of your plat. Reach out to the Williamson County Register of Deeds for a copy.

  • What day is trash pickup and what other items do they collect?

    Trash is collected by the City of Franklin. Please contact the City’s Sanitation Department for more information. They also provide branch, leaf pickup and more.

  • Who do I contact for a street light outage?

    The majority of street lights are managed by Middle TN Electric. Please report outages HERE.

  • What changes require Architectural Committee approval?

    As a rule of thumb, you must submit anything that changes the exterior look of the property to the committee for review. Interior changes do not require approval from the HOA. If you have a previously approved project that you need to replace, you can replace it with the same style, size, materials, etc. without further approval. Make sure to check for necessary City of Franklin or additional HOA approvals.

  • How can I get involved?

    Reach out to Property Management at PM@myfieldstonefarms.com to discuss committee openings and ways to help. Our community runs on volunteers, so we need you!

  • My child wants to join the swim team, who do I contact?

  • When is the neighborhood garage sale?

    Community garage sales are held every first Saturday in May and every first Saturday in October. This is the only time garage sales are permitted. They are rain or shine and require a permit from the CIty of Franklin. Request a permit HERE.

  • Do you have a recommendation for a contractor?

    The HOA does not keep a list of recommended contractors. We suggest you reach out to your neighbors to see if they can provide any suggestions.
