Fieldstone Farms uses the Brivo Mobile Pass App for accessing the amenities. Key fobs are no longer functional. Brivo Pass allows you to access both pools, the fitness center and all tennis/pickleball courts.

Request access or an account reset by filling out a waiver below. All residents over 18 should fill out their own waiver. Homeowners should fill out a waiver listing all minors, tenants, or other authorized residents for their household. Management will add you to the system and Brivo will send you an automated invitation.

The main Clubhouse is located at 1530 Lexington Parkway. It is available to rent and houses management offices. Stop by during office hours to tour.

The Cottage House is the small building near the tennis courts at 1530 Lexington Parkway. It is available to rent, houses restrooms for tennis players, and is used for committee and community meetings.

The Club West Pool (lovingly known as “the big pool”) is located at 1530 Lexington Parkway. Join us for fun in the sun! We have a concession stand, so make sure to grab an ICEE. The Fieldstone Flippers Swim Team practices here.

The Club East Pool (lovingly known as “the little pool”) is located at 501 Black Horse Parkway.

The fitness center can be accessed from 4:30 AM to 9:00 PM via the exterior door on the right hand side of the Clubhouse.

We have two clay tennis courts and two hard tennis courts. There are four pickleball courts layered on top of the hard tennis courts. Read the rules, hours and book a court below.

We have five parks and one dog park in our community. You can find them marked on Google Maps and they are as follows:

Lynwood Park (the dog park is here!), Lexington Park, Black Horse Park, Stanley Park, Susie Sims Park

All pathways are paved and able to use via foot or bike. No motorized vehicles are allowed on the pathways or common areas. You can find them on Google Maps marked with a green dashed line.

Common area is common. Please use it with care and remove anything you bring including trash, blankets, bikes, hammocks, or chairs.

Social Events are put on by the Social Committee - our fantastic team of volunteers. See what they’re cooking up in the “Events” tab. Fieldstone Farms events are for residents and their guests where applicable.
